Recently for the first time I bought a car from this dealer, I have to say I was impressed by their choices and quality of their inventory, they were courteous and respectful to answer all my questions, they have earned my trust and confidence, and I know if I ever need a car in the future, I will visit them again.

I recently bought an Audi S5 from Nine Stars Auto Group, and the experience was nothing but the best. First impressions: the quality and variety of vehicles along with their prices showed right from entering their showroom. It's been long since I had come across such a gem of a place. I couldn't believe my eyes with the deal I was getting on my 2020 S5. My saleswoman, Ghazal, is a real standout. Friendly, accommodating, making sure that I was comfortable during the whole process—these are just some adjectives that best fit her. I liked that she was very non-aggressive compared to others in car sales, and it seemed like she really did have an interest in me being informed. Her patience is commendable; I'm quite sure I asked her maybe at least a thousand questions, which she could confidently answer. So far, my Audi S5 has been doing great since I took it home, with no issues. I want to thank Nine Stars so much for the good service, as well as the patience and professionalism they provided to me; everyone was so kind. I highly recommend visiting them to anyone who is in the market looking to buy a used car and speaking with Ghazal.

I just bought my second van from "9 stars auto group". Very nice and clean place. They sell nice used vehicles and I like the fact that they do NOT over sell and they are not pushy. I just wish they had financing also so I could get my wife one of their high end convertable cars. Over all Very friendly, helpfull and professional. I like the fact that they do not play around and are upfront about everything unlike other used car dealers. Kamron and PJ (the owner) are such a delight to deal with. The young lady was extreamly helpful every time I called regarding my tags and other things. They even fixed an issue with my brakes one week after I have purchased one of vehicles and they didn't even charge me a penny! Often buying a used car things being wrong is expected and that goes by not saying because vehicles are used but these guys go above and beyond and I am great full. Thank you guys. Highly recommended!!
